The ordered products will be delivered to the address entered by you on the on-line order. If there is no one at the address given who is competent to accept delivery of the products, you will be notified of an alternative delivery date or a place to collect the products.
Ordered products will normally be delivered within some days of your order being accepted unless otherwise notified to you by us. If we are unable to deliver the products within 2 weeks of your order, we will inform you as soon as possible
Delivery time in Netherlands – 1 – 2 Days
Delivery time in other European countries – 3 – 4 days
Delivery time in other countries – 5 – 14 Days
We will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.

All sales are final policy(once customers make a purchase, they will not be able to return that item for a replacement or refund).
